Time
From April 10 (approximately 11.00 local time) to April 13 (approximately 17.00 local time).

Participants
15 participants from Latvia and 15 from Sweden. Some participants from Estonia will also attend.

Preliminary program
April 10: Lectures in Tallinn. In the early afternoon, we go by bus to Hiiumaa where we will visit two places and stay for dinner.

April 11: We spend the whole day in Hiiumaa. 17.30 local time, we go by ferry to Saaremaa. At approximately 19.30 we accommodate in Kuressaare. 

April 12: We spend the day in Saaremaa. In the evening, we take the ferry to the mainland, reach Pärnu and stay there in a hotel.

April 13: We visit som places in Pärnu and Pärnu county. In the afternoon, the Latvian colleagues go by bus to Latvia. Swedish colleagues drive to Tallin, and can then leave by ferry or by plane.

Registration
Registration starts January 1, 2012 and closes February 28, 2012. 

Cost
Participants have to pay for their own accommodation (three nights), approximately between €100 and €150. All other costs are covered by Erametsakeskus.
